We loved the hotel's central location, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the free parking garage was a huge plus.

Nothing it was perfect.

the best aspects were the friendly staff who spoke English fluently, and the comfortable rooms that were both tidy and spacious. the location was superb as it is in close proximity to popular shops and restaurants. free parking and an open bar breakfast were added advantages.

The worst aspects of the hotel were two-fold.

The location of the hotel was convenient as there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. I appreciated the fact that the hotel had a parking garage available for guests.

The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and kept me up at night. the carpets in the room were stained and looked dirty, which made me feel uncomfortable walking around without shoes on.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the historical sites and shopping areas. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the massive car park that was free for hotel customers. it was great value for money and we highly recommend this hotel.
